Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary: $90,000 - $135,000/yr.

Regional Sales Manager responsibilities:



  • Serve customers by selling products and meeting their needs.
  • Manage and grow accounts by organizing daily schedules to call on current and potential sales outlets.
  • Customize sales presentations based on the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focus sales efforts by analyzing current and potential dealer volumes.
  • Submit orders using price lists and product literature.
  • Keep management updated with reports on activities and results, including call reports and territory analyses.
  • Monitor competition by collecting market information on pricing, products, and merchandising techniques.


Qualifications:



  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration with 2-3 years of sales experience in Energy Service Contractors.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, along with critical-thinking and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and knowledge of Green Energy products and services.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
