Qualifications you'll bring:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- The availability to work full-time virtually on an Eastern Standard Time schedule
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with mobile applications (Xamarin/Maui preferred)
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience creating and enhancing mobile automation framework, test cases, and maintenance (C# or similar language)
- Highly self-motivated with the ability and dedication to meeting aggressive timelines while ensuring quality delivery
- Proficient in structured query language (SQL) for data mining
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
- Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction
Your key responsibilities:
- Create the automation UI framework for the mobile application - utilizing Appium with C# or similar framework
- Create detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test cases that are automatable within Azure DevOps
- Own the ongoing maintenance of the automation framework and mentor other team members to build their skills so they can contribute to new test cases
- Collaborate with and across the Member Experience Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
- Identify critical path regression testing and create suites for our applications
- Utilize data mining skills for UI, API, and database testing
- Conduct root cause analysis and participate in debugging activities
- Participate in scrum team ceremonies, including backlog refinements, daily standups, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Exhibit self-motivation to proactively drive tasks to completion
- Be a team player with a desire to work hard and collaborate with other team members
