What you'll do... Mid-level:
- Provide financial expertise and guidance to support business decisions, including cost, revenue, and margin targets.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring financial forecasts for the monthly IBP process and annual AOP process.
- Analyze business performance, including variances, pricing strategies, cost centers, inventory, and logistics costs.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations to communicate key business performance metrics to senior management.
- Conduct financial analyses (NPV, IRR, payback) for projects like new products, capacity expansion, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales, etc.) to ensure consistent data and support business decisions.
Senior level:
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to the BT, providing expertise and guidance on financial matters to support revenue and margin targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage the P&L, ensuring effective resource allocation and alignment with business goals.
- Assist in financial forecasting for the monthly IBP and annual AOP processes, including detailed revenue assumptions.
- Analyze financial performance, including sales, margins, and ROI, and interpret variances against the AOP, prior year, and prior months.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations to communicate performance, key drivers, and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop ROI analyses (NPV, IRR, payback) for capital projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and support decision-making.
What you'll need... Mid-level:
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in finance, accounting, business, or related field of study and three (3) years of experience in FP&A or related role
- Financial analysis and modeling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships
- Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
- Functional/technical skills including problem solving, drive for results, decision quality, interpersonal savvy, strategic agility and innovative thinking
Senior level:
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in finance, accounting, business, or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in FP&A, brand finance, marketing finance, or related role
- Financial analysis and modeling skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships with stakeholders across the organization
- Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
- Functional/technical skills including problem solving, drive for results, decision quality, interpersonal savvy, strategic agility and innovative thinking
Preferred requirements:
- SAP CO Module product costing experience including costing runs, and product costing analysis for multiple locations
- SAP CO master data maintenance
