This opportunity is in the Human Resources Department.

The Human Resources department is responsible for key areas typically associated with HR, such as talent acquisition, learning and development, benefits, compensation administration, payroll, employment law compliance, and performance management. Role Description:

In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and teams to design and deliver cutting-edge leadership development programs, tailored to every level of our organization. From emerging talent to senior leaders, you'll guide and empower Safety National's workforce to embrace the future with confidence.

What You'll Be Doing



  • Design & Deliver Leadership Programs: Create impactful programs focused on key skills like inclusive leadership, conflict resolution, and effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work with experts and stakeholders to bring fresh, relevant content to life in blended learning formats.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Develop learning experiences that value every voice and foster an inclusive culture.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Offer insights on best practices in employee development and help guide strategic learning initiatives.


What We're Looking For



  • Experience: 5+ years of instructor-led training facilitation, including 2+ years focused on leadership development.
  • Passion for Learning: Skilled in adult learning theories and training models like ADDIE.
  • People-Centric Mindset: Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Tech-Savvy Trainer: Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, LMS administration, and instructional design software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).

Qualifications:

Education:



  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, Educational Physchology, Adult Education or similar preferred


Required Qualifications:



  • 5 or more years' of instructor-led corporate training facilitation
  • 2 or more years' experience developing and delivering leadership training
  • Experience with various adult learning theories and training models like ADDIE.
  • Superb professional communication skills including the ability to build relationships across all levels or employees and leaders
  • Proven ability to facilitate large in-person and virtual training effectively
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Prior professional experience with LMS administration, and instructional design software such as, Articulate and Captivate
  • Demonstrated success creating and delivering training for a diverse audience, that is inclusive and embraces all categories of learners
  • Willingness to adhere to a hybrid work schedule working from our home office at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO


    Preferred Qualifications:



    • Prior experience designing and delivering leadership training specific to creating and promoting an inclusive and diverse workforce (DEI)
    • ATD Master Trainer, Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or other professional training certification

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
