A Cath Lab Tech is a specialized healthcare professional dedicated to assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of heart and vascular conditions. Their responsibilities primarily involve performing diagnostic tests, managing equipment, and supporting physicians during procedures. Cath Lab Tech are essential to cardiac care, ensuring accurate diagnostics, safe interventions, and high-quality patient support. Their expertise is essential for the smooth functioning of the Cardiac Catheterization Department, as they utilize EPIC software systems and monitor GE-MAC to support our vital procedures. This position is on a per diem basis, meaning PRN. Shift's Available: Days Employment Type: Per Diem (PRN) Hours: Varied Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
perform Electrocardiograms (EKGs) to measure the electrical activity of the heart, monitor the heart's rhythm, and detect abnormalities such as arrhythmias
