Description

As the Business Analyst, Innovation, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing innovative solutions aligned with both market trends and client needs. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will gather business and technical requirements, translate these into actionable insights, and work with a Solution Architect develop and iterate prototypes that address customer challenges. Once the prototype is approved, you will transition to Product Managers for further development and execution.

In this role, you will be client facing, talking to existing and prospect customer to understand their needs. You also will collaborate across teams, including Product, Data Scientists, Engineering and Commercial, to ensure that solutions align with strategic goals and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Client-Centric Consulting:



  • Conduct detailed interviews with clients to map their processes, understanding the nuances of their business needs and technical requirements.
  • Design workflow process maps, to visualize proposed solutions for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Identify and quantify challenges and establish a ROI for the solution (e.g. how many hours the product saves, how much the client is willing to pay)
  • Lead the presentation of prototype, gather client feedback and ensure clients goes through a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure it delivers on client expectations.
  • Lead meetings with clients, documenting decisions and project managing follow ups and tracking project milestones and timelines


Support Prototype Development



  • Document and translate client requirements into technical requirements for the Solution Architect to develop
  • Test prototypes rigorously, provide actionable feedback, and work with the development team to implement adjustments and improvements in an agile framework
  • Establish clear milestones and timelines, managing the project efficiently to ensure that the prototype is delivered on time and meets predefined success metrics
  • Once the prototype is validated, ensure a smooth handover to the Product Team, ensuring all details are well-documented and any remaining customer expectations are managed.


Market Research and Opportunity Identification:



  • Monitor market trends, software provider / competitor activities, and press releases to identify new opportunities for innovation
  • Attend industry events and engage with customers to assess potential developments and opportunities in the market


Experience



  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or consulting roles, preferably within the software solutions and process automation
  • Must have proven experience in evaluating business process and propose solutions Workflow and Process Mapping Tools
  • Excellent English level, other languages are an important plus
  • Knowledge about graphics and creative marketing industry is preferred
  • Familiar with concepts of technology automation, AI, familiar with system integrations and Software development Life Cycle stages like planning, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Experience
Familiar with concepts of technology automation, AI, familiar with system integrations and Software development Life Cycle stages like planning, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. (required)
