BC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to establish and grow programmatic project delivery services for existing and new Private Sector clients within BC. BC's Private Sector Business Unit (PSBU) has been recording exceptional growth including clients with portfolios of projects across the continental US in numerous market sectors including manufacturing, mining, technology and retail. This is a unique opportunity to join an existing team of company leaders to build and deliver an industry-leading program. Detailed Description: Brown and Caldwell's Private Sector Business Unit has a truly unique opportunity to organize and lead large scale and complex programs across multiple market sectors focusing on exceptional delivery to our clients. In the role of Program Manager, you will be responsible for the organization and day-to-day oversight and direction of various programs within PSBU including coordination with enterprise divisions (Design and Integrated Project Delivery). Working closely with the Operations Director, Market Area Directors and Client Services Teams you will partner with, oversee and direct a team of industry-leading practitioners to develop processes, pricing, and key deliverables for key client programs.

Pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
