This position is eligible for a $6,000 retention bonus ($2,500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service) Salary Fully Licensed Base Salary: $66,752.48 - $77,292.35/annually Clinical Trainee Base Salary: $58,256.71 - $67,455.14/annually Practitioner Base Salary: $52,960.65 - $61,322.85/annually The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based and telehealth. Community outreach is also part of the job duties. Monday - Friday, typical hours are between the hours of 8am to 5pm. Location Fridley, MN Schedule Full-time: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week Minimum Qualifications Licensed Mental Health Professional
