This position is eligible for a $6,000 retention bonus ($2,500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)

Salary

Fully Licensed Base Salary: $66,752.48 - $77,292.35/annually

Clinical Trainee Base Salary: $58,256.71 - $67,455.14/annually

Practitioner Base Salary: $52,960.65 - $61,322.85/annually

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Canvas Health's mental health and substance use disorder providers, clinicians, and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes, the community, and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness, substance use disorders, crisis, unstable housing, and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based and telehealth. Community outreach is also part of the job duties. Monday - Friday, typical hours are between the hours of 8am to 5pm.

Schedule

Full-time: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

Minimum Qualifications

Licensed Mental Health Professional



  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure


Clinical Trainee



  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure


Practitioner



  • Practitioner completed bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields and has at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance; or
  • Is serving a federally recognized tribe and if the practitioner meets the definition of vendor of medical care.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
  • Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
