We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness, substance use disorders, crisis, unstable housing, and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth. Location In-home/hybrid for East Central Crisis Services, serving Chisago, Isanti, Pine, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and members of the Mille Lacs of Ojibwe. Schedule On-call four 15-hour shifts monthly.
