We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager to lead and be responsible for both project management and business analysis functions. This hybrid role is ideal for a proactive individual who can expertly lead projects from conception through delivery, while also providing high-quality business analysis to support critical initiatives. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and senior leadership to ensure project alignment with business objectives, drive continuous improvement, and deliver value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage multiple, sophisticated projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets, and establish project results, milestones, and KPIs.
    • Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders, handling expectations and facilitating transparent communication.
    • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Perform in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
    • Capture and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for project implementation.
    • Facilitate requirements workshops, process mapping sessions, and user story development to drive project clarity.
    • Develop and maintain documentation on current and future state processes, system functionality, and project impacts.
    • Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing and interpreting data, providing actionable insights to inform strategic objectives.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Consistent track record in leading large, complex projects within cross-functional and global environments.
  • Outstanding ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets) and business analysis tools (e.g. JIRA).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence partners at all levels.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in guiding and mentoring project teams.
  • Proficiency in change management, risk management, and business case development.
  • Experience in and understanding of Customer Success Group/ Professional Services with internal project management across cross-functional teams

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $110,600 to $187,900. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $206,700. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
