Recently awarded among Arizona's Most Admired Companies in 2022 Terros Health is hiring a Full-Time Facilities Specialist based at our administrative location in Phoenix, AZ. At Least One Years' Relevant Work Experience in the following: Maintenance and Administrative Support (May work some weekends and overtime) Full-Time, Employed Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm You will be supporting Terros Health locations throughout the valley The Facilities Specialist position is responsible for the administration of inventory systems and annual inventory reconciliation process, Central Office's parking management, access control systems, intrusion and fire safety systems, fleet management and administration, rental vehicle processing, and coordinating medical and non-medical equipment repairs and replacements. The incumbent has the additional responsibilities of assisting the Crisis Program with the setup and administration of the Solari fleet system as necessary. The incumbent will assist with procuring supplies, equipment, services, and furnishings for day-to-day use or project-based. The individual will also manage projects and other duties as assigned.
