Inside Sales Advisor

Job Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Demonstrates product knowledge and great consultative sales skills and be able to effectively close sales to meet/exceed sales (enrollment) goals.
  • Answer Incoming calls, emails, and/or chats according to established sales processes/policies.
  • Handle Inbound and Outbound calls to all customers utilizing consultative sales
  • Manage a pipeline of customers by following up according to sales contact
  • Provide support and maintain relations with Envision by WorldStrides key partners and
  • Provide high quality customer service to Envision by WorldStrides partners and customers, as well as feedback to between customers/stakeholders to ensure success of the business.
  • Be an ambassador for who we are, what we do, and why we do



Skills and Qualifications:



  • Exceptional consultative sales skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to learn additional computer products to support business
  • Strong keyboarding and computer skills
  • Ability to work in professional work
  • Demonstrated
  • Must be extremely customer oriented and a team
  • Solid customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to



Education, Experience, and Training:



  • At least 1+ years of sales experience with an emphasis on consultative sale
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
