Business Execution Consultant
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Pay: $28hr + DOE Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm Contract Length: 9 month contract with possibility of extension. Job Duties: This is for a position on the Management Loan Covenant Team within Commercial Mortgage Servicing. The team is responsible for identifying and monitoring loan covenants. The ideal candidate will have some Commercial Real Estate experience with the ability to review and understand Commercial Real Estate loan documents. The candidate should also be ambitious and hungry to learn with the ability to quickly pick up and work in new software systems. Excel skills using complex formulas such as index/match is highly desired. The candidate needs to have strong analytical skills and written communication skills. Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution. Review basic or tactical issues policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution. Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function policies procedures and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution. Minimum Required Education Experience Skills High school graduate or GED required. Strong communication and customer service skills both in person and via phone. Required Qualifications: 6 months of Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education.
