Currently, Client utilizes NCR for their level 1 desk. Their current manager is going on paternity leave starting Dec. 5 so is looking for someone who can come in and tackle level 1-3 issues as well as triage issues to the appropriate line of defense. Most issues would revolve around OLO (online ordering), R365 (Restaurant Management Software) and Aloha. Day to day responsibilities will include password resets, adding and creating new users, editing permissions, and working through level 1-3 issues within TeamViewer. This person would support 49+ Crisp & Green locations as well as a few Puralima Cantinas.
