Mortgage Processing Assistants will assist the Processing teams with all administrative tasks (scanning, filing, putting paper work together). They will be reaching out to internal employees via phone for information on borrowers. They will be working in multiple systems and working a large pipeline of loans. * Communicating with third party companies for loan information retrieval * Ordering home owner insurance * Ordering and receiving documents * Check verification of employment for potential home owners/borrowers * Entering different mortgage documents in the database * Reaching out via phone to internal employees for information on the borrowers * Scanning, filing, putting paperwork together *Skills:* administrative support, Data entry, loan processing, Support, mortgage, mortgage loan, loan application *Top Skills Details:* administrative support, Data entry, loan processing, Support *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * 1 year of any financial services experience * 3+ years of administrative/date entry skills * Strong professional writing skills * Ability to move from system to system * Strong attention to detail * Ability to operate independently from task to task * Financial/Banking (not needed, but huge plus) * Ability to work in fast paced environment *Experience Level:* Entry Level About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
