TEKsystems currently has a Phone Support Analyst with an MSP client in Eden Prairie, MN. This will be 100% on-site in Eden Prairie, MN and will work on a shift of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST. *Description:* *Create detailed tickets for field technicians for new requests *Answer incoming calls and route to helpdesk department *Responsible for maximizing utilization for field technicians by daily dispatching *Responsible for field technician's daily calendars, making changes to their calendars as needed *Communicating to clients any schedule changes or adjustments *Assign and schedule any email requests and helpdesk ticket escalations *Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and/or problems *Provide an exceptional customer service experience to our clients *Complete additional duties, projects and other tasks as requested *Skills:* Support, Desktop, Troubleshooting, Hardware, Printers, Technical support, Deployment, Help desk support, Windows, Service desk, Customer service, Active directory *Top Skills Details:* Support,Desktop,Troubleshooting,Hardware,Printers,Technical support,Deployment,Help desk support,Windows,Service desk *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Basic desktop and server maintenance, printers and switch general troubleshooting.
