Description: Our Client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects within the media and entertainment industry, contributing to both B2C and internal tools. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end design processes, including discovery, stakeholder management, requirement synthesis, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and integration into our robust design system. * Collaborate closely with developers and client-facing stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and tight QA. * Deliver high-quality design work for both B2C projects (e.g., WBD.com, studio tours) and internal tools, focusing on desktop and responsive web applications. Must-Have Requirements: * Expertise in Figma, with a strong understanding of design systems. * Proven end-to-end design experience, from discovery to final implementation. * Experience with both B2C and internal tools, particularly desktop and responsive web design. * Strong collaboration skills with engineers and client-facing stakeholders. * Excellent QA abilities to ensure design integrity during development. Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design. * Experience in media and entertainment is a plus but not required. * Open to candidates from enterprise-level companies, agencies, or a mix of both. Desired Soft Skills: * Proactive and assertive, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion. * Strong work ethic and follow-through. * Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills. * Ability to work well with developers and ensure high-quality QA. * Strong visual design skills, with a portfolio showcasing consistency and design thinking through case studies.
