HAWAII RESIDENTS ONLY!!!! We are currently seeking a collaborative, analytical DevOps Engineer to join our API & Integrations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability, availability, and performance of the Bank's cloud-based infrastructure supporting our digital and API platform. The position will work closely with development, operations, business continuity, and product teams to design, implement, and monitor systems that meet high standards of performance, reliability, and key SLAs. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Hours may vary) Compensation The annual salary range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000/yr; commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, related field (or equivalent experience) required * 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, and / or Automation Engineering required * Strong experience with AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. * Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Python, Golang, Bash, and Terraform * Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog. * Expertise in managing and optimizing APIs and SQL-based databases * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git. * Strong understanding of network protocols, security practices, and cloud architecture best practices. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and incident resolution. * Experience working with agile and in a well-defined the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment * Knowledge of caching systems and message queues * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Desire to improve leadership skills through conferences, programs, and content * Desire to learn and embrace new technologies * Able to handle confidential matters judiciously Eligibility Benefits include the following: Medical Choose medical coverage for you and your family members with various insurance options available.
