Job Description: We are seeking a talented ITSM Engineer to join our client's ServiceNow team. This role involves close collaboration with various organizational units, including Business Analysts, Consulting Analysts, and teams managing tickets within the tool. As the lead engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to design and implement a world-class Event Management platform on ServiceNow, as well as Configuration and Asset Management. This is a hybrid opportunity in Madison, WI. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Event Management. * Implement Configuration and Asset Management on the ServiceNow platform. * Collaborate with administrators to bridge technical gaps and enhance platform capabilities. * Review and manage a backlog of tasks every two weeks, assigning duties to team members based on their skills. * Provide mentorship and training on processes and platform knowledge over a six-month period. * Work within a shared instance of ServiceNow, ensuring logical separation of data using company codes and assignment groups. Qualifications: * Proven experience in ServiceNow Event and Configuration Management. * Strong understanding of ITSM processes and administrator skills. * Ability to work within an agile framework, assigning and managing tasks effectively. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Experience in mentoring and training team members.
