*TEKsystems is seeking qualified candidates for a fully remote Member Service Representative position in Dallas, TX.*
*All candidates must live within a 60-mile radius of Dallas, TX.* *Description: * To respond to inquiries and requests over the phone from customers in a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center environment. *Schedule:* *Monday- Saturday, anywhere between 11:00 AM-11:00 PM* *Job Description:* * Ensure account and member security by identifying red flags and safeguarding member assets and account information * Answer 80-100 inbound calls a day * Route members to the appropriate departments * Open new accounts and educate members or potential members on products and services that best meet their needs * Guide members on a variety of credit card products to meet their financial needs * Quote interest rates and submit credit card applications * Service members' existing credit cards such as performing balance transfers, cash advances, credit limit increases, discussing late fees, ordering replacement cards, closing accounts, assisting with credit card rewards and redemption, etc. *Qualifications:* * Recent call center experience * Preferred experience working in a remote environment * Must live within a 60-mile radius of the Local Training Hub in Dallas, TX. * Minimum of 50 Mbps download speed and 25 Mbps upload speed * Cannot use satellite interviews, hot spots, extenders, wifi, etc. An ethernet connection is required.
