Medical Scheduler Randallstown, MD Description: * patient scheduling * emergency overhead paging. * monitoring rooms and when someone rings the bell they answer to see what the patient needs. * answering and transferring calls to different depts. * follow-up on all calls and ensure things get done for the patient. * HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS, need to be prepared for that. Skills: computer skills, customer service, phone etiquette, Scheduler, medical secretary, medical receptionist, office assistant, Patient access, Patient scheduling, Medical terminology, Scheduling appointments Additional Skills & Qualifications: MUST TAKE 3 MIN ONSCREEN TYPING TEST AND SCORE 30 WPM OR MORE DO NOT need healthcare, open to anyone with strong call center/phone exp./reception/switchboard/telephone operator Must have excellent customer service Must be flexible with the shift Experience Level: Entry Level About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
