*Position:* Lead Developer (6-Month Contract to Hire)
*Client:* Dollar General *Location:* Fully Remote *About the Role:* We are looking for a proactive and driven Lead Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in taking initiative and driving projects forward. You will start with hands-on coding and execution, gradually taking on thought leadership responsibilities as you demonstrate your expertise and progress. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Project Leadership:* Lead and drive projects to successful completion. * *Hands-On Development:* Begin with coding and executing tasks, transitioning into a thought leadership role. * *AEP Expertise:* Manage complex tasks involving live media, LiveRamp, TDE, and paid media. * *AEP Implementation:* Strategically implement AEP both upstream and downstream, ensuring its alignment with business goals. * *Problem-Solving:* Identify problems, propose solutions, and execute them effectively. *Required Skills:* * *Technical Proficiency:* Expertise in Adobe, CDP (Customer Data Platform), engineering, and business strategy. * *End-to-End Knowledge:* Comprehensive understanding of CDP, CJA (Customer Journey Analytics), and AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer). *Additional Qualifications:* * *Hybrid Business Model Experience:* Ability to integrate data from both online and offline sources. * *Data Preparation:* Prepare data from various store systems for AEP integration. * *Customization:* Frequently develop custom solutions and guide the team in implementation. * *Platform Knowledge:* Deep understanding of the entire process flow and platform. * *AEP Processes:* Familiarity with various tools and their applications. *Ideal Candidate:* * *Execution-Oriented:* A doer who prioritizes execution over philosophy. * *Strategic Vision:* Ability to see the big picture and think strategically about business implications. * *Leadership Skills:* Strong ability to lead discussions and propose effective solutions. * *Adobe Environment Expertise:* Proficiency in AEP/AEM and related products. *Benefits:* Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
