Make an Impact

Fossil Group has an exciting opportunity for an Sr. Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role as Executive Assistant, you will provide support to our C-Suite leaders by managing critical meetings, calendaring, expense reporting, travel details and schedules and additional ad hoc requests.

Additionally, you will schedule and prepare materials for key meetings, ensuring all arrangements are implemented and communicated. You will be trusted to handle confidential information in a professional manner. This position is based in the Corporate office located Richardson, TX and will work in office 3-5 days a week.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 5 years of experience supporting executive management
  • Ability to self-direct and prioritize and have excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail along with relentless follow-through and follow-up skills
  • Extremely organized, efficient and persistent and are able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong proficiency in visual enhancements of critical documents in Google Slides / Sheets (e.g., town hall presentations, Board presentations)
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Enterprise or similar email, sheets / slides and calendaring software
  • Familiar with Mac systems
  • Flexible and adaptable
