Description Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to execute New Model Packaging development responsibilities and act as a liaison to USGRP1 concerning new model supplier packaging, efficiency, VA activity, packaging contractor evaluation and costing, overall SOP management, and budget conformance and planning. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):
- 2-year College Degree concentrating in Business or Supply Chain Management related program OR commensurate experience in a purchasing, supply chain management, or packaging development.
- Knowledge of computer systems (specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) to perform and present analysis for necessary job duties.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to create and present concepts to internal teams and all levels of management.
- Ability to work with multiple sites remotely using TEAMS.
Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):
- 4-year College Degree concentrating in the Packaging Engineering or Business field of study.
- Experience in working in a multicultural business environment.

- AutoCAD experience is desired
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to work for long periods of time while sitting
- Ability to lift and/or move to 25 pounds
- Visual ability to work accurately with detailed information and a computer screen.
Work Environment - Travel, Noise, Smells, Quiet, Indoors or Outdoors, etc.
- Requires up to 40% travel
- 2-3 days working in the reporting location
- Open-Office Setting environment, with occasional visits to production facilities
- Requires night meetings to collaborate with overseas bases
- Factory Setting with Noise
