Your Impact The Sr Director Pro Fulfillment provides implementation process guidance, direction, and leadership for Pro Fulfillment. This role leads medium-complex transformation initiatives involving facility footprint decisions, major changes in processes, and innovation support capabilities. This role will lead people, process, and systems across Pro Fulfillment that deliver products to our customers (internal and external). This includes responsibility to create a vision and build upon operational plans, drive a mind-set and culture of continuous improvement, and sustain a culture of learning and development. The role is responsible for regular and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis, measurement scorecards, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing leaders. Exceptional leadership, customer focus, project management and stakeholder management will be key factors in the success of this role. Working across all teams collaboratively in support of the tactical execution and strategy is a key area of focus.
