$55,000/year Salary! 33 Paid days off 1st year! Full Benefit Package! Call Center Specialist takes all calls for individuals seeking services at Family and Children's Services. Impeccable customer service is an expectation of this position. Position talks with individuals in crisis, individuals who are actively psychotic, relating significant and often disturbing traumatic events for themselves and their children, individuals who are angry and must get enough information to set appointment or refer to walk in services in the correct department. Drug-Free Workplace Policy This job is classified as a "safety-sensitive" position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Due to the "safety-sensitive" classification, an employee in this position would be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening.
