HARDWARE ASSOCIATE Under the direct of the Manufacturing Manager, this position is responsible for assembling and dispersing all hardware items necessary to fulfill customer orders. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS DUTIES

DIFFICULTY OF WORK The work consists of following prints for assembling customer Hardware packets. The understanding and ability to make practical application of the above requirements is essential to the completion of a quality Hardware kit. A significant degree of care and skill is necessary to ensure that the process continues, and product delivery occurs, with minimal amount of disruption
PERSONAL WORK RELATIONSHIPS Close communication is necessary to ensure a complete, quality Hardware kit is sent to the customer. Communication is crucial to verify any information necessary to complete the Hardware kit. RESPONSIBILITY To ensure a complete, quality Hardware kit is assembled, work is reviewed throughout the process and upon completion. You are made aware of missing information, if known, in a timely manner so resolution can be made with minimal interruption. Errors made may result in delays in shipping, safety concerns and dissatisfaction with customer expectations. PHYSICAL EFFORT AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Frequent bending, twisting, pulling and lifting to 50 pounds. Bending, stooping, squatting and reaching may be necessary to ensure quality and to pack and secure Hardware kits. Physical effort is exerted regularly for extended periods of time. IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: 1st Shift Manufacturing Manager SUPERVISION This position does not supervise anyone. LICENSE NEEDED None HOURS: Monday-Thursday; 5:00am-3:00pm Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be able to pass EVerify.
