Job Summary:Specialty Granules LLC is looking for a dynamic, ambitious, hands-on leader for the role of Human Resources Business Partner at its Pembine, WI Plant. Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, the HRBP will lead and advance the Plant's human resources function for a diverse client group of salaried and hourly union employees. The incumbent will drive the organization development process, serve as an employee advocate, manage employee and labor relations and communications, and ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and corporate requirements within the function.The Human Resources Business Partner will also ensure consistent application of all corporate and plant policies, collective bargaining agreements and/or plant practices.
