What You Will Learn: This exciting role serves as the central point of administrative support for the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) and will also assist the broader Corporate Sustainability team in executing shared administrative processes and team events. This position involves everyday contact with high-level personnel, necessitating the essential use of tact, diplomacy and sound judgment. Assignments in support of the CSO include but are not limited to scheduling / calendaring, booking travel, preparing expense reports, disseminating departmental information on behalf of the CSO and providing overall assistance as needed. Assignments in support of the broader Corporate Sustainability team include managing and executing PO and vendor onboarding processes and planning and managing logistics for team events and meetings. Must maintain strict confidentiality of Department and Company information.
