Scanning Technician, 1st shift, 8am-3pm Shift: $15/hour Job Description: Document preparation and the scanning of documents in an office environment. This position includes performing duties such as utilizing a desktop scanner, large format scanner, and film media scanner when needed. Documents are scanned, labeled and data is entered into a system for time sensitive projects for top clients in Southeast Wisconsin Position Responsibilities Review project overview and work individually to scan documents. Uphold a positive attitude, be a model of professionalism, and observe all applicable company policies. Maintain clear communication with the Scanning department manager on progress of projects. Meeting scanning deadlines for clients Qualifications Must be able to lift 40 pounds when necessary for moving boxes of scanning documents Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Basic computer knowledge Attention to Detail Data Entry skills with good accuracy High school diploma, or GED equivalent. Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as the ability to work in a team collaboration
