Mustang Rental Services is hiring a Lead Shop Equipment Mechanic in Rosenberg, Texas. (This location is 15 minutes away from Sugar Land, Texas.)

As a Lead Rental Equipment Shop Mechanic, your primary responsibility is to lead a team and perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang's fleet of rental equipment.

Lead Rental Equipment Mechanic Position Requirements:

• Leadership/Lead Tech experience in a service shop environment
• Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous mechanic work or military experience
• Understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities to define and perform necessary repairs

Additional Experience Strongly Preferred for Lead Rental Equipment Mechanic:

• Associates degree or certificate from a technical school
• Mechanic experience on heavy and light construction equipment
• Mechanic experience on aerial and man lift equipment
• Technical experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors
• Welding experience
