POSITION TITLE

SAP IBP Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW

Milliken & Company, a global leader in industrial manufacturing and innovation, is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on supporting SAP's Integrated Business Planning Tool for two divisions within our organization. The Business Process Analyst will play a crucial role in driving Master Data improvements and ensuring seamless integration of SAP functionalities supporting Sales and Operations Planning across these divisions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

SAP Integrated Business Tool Support:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the divisions for SAP Integrated Business Planning Tool related issues and enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and work with Corporate IT to test solutions.

  • Configure templates, maintain, and enhance SAP logic to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.

  • Review, design and implement analytics to support the IBP process and tools in analytical tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Master Data Management:

  • Lead initiatives to improve Material Master Data quality and governance to improve planning master data and processes initially in the Chemical Division.

  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize Master Data & Item Master processes and ensure data integrity within SAP.

  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and rectify data inconsistencies and redundancies.

  • Ensure the alignment of data between our IBP tools and lead the transition of data changes as we migrate tools (IBP, IBPa and IBP Playbook for visualization)

Business Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement and efficiency gains.

  • Work to align processes across both divisions and replicate best practices.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements and propose SAP-based solutions.

  • Document business requirements and functional specifications.

Project Management:

  • Manage related projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

  • Coordinate with IT teams and external consultants to execute project deliverables effectively.

  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities, new features, and enhancements.

  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to increase SAP proficiency within the organization.

  • Monitor key business processes and continuously train end users based on best practices and gaps.

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Computer Science.

  • 5 + years of Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Supply Chain Leader or similar role, with a focus on SAP implementations and support.

  • Strong understanding of SAP Integrated Business Planning Tool modules including Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning and Financial Reconciliation.

  • Experience with Master Data Management principles and practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Project management experience, including planning, execution, and reporting.

  • SAP certification(s) preferred but not required.
