Our major eComm / CPG client is seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX & Data Visualization) to join an innovative team, working on a brand new application which will scale throughout the organization.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $75 - $85 / hr. w2



Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, UX and UI prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
  • Shape the experience and design of a strategically critical internal web application
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Facilitate strategy-aligned design thinking discussions and demos with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions and deliver outstanding products
  • Deconstruct complex business concepts into intuitive and accessible designs
  • Articulate design decisions in simple terms for stakeholders and team members
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
  • Engage in UX design processes, including user testing and iterative feedback loops
  • Offer creative solutions to work around technical limitations
  • Work closely with development teams, and help ensure responsive and accessible interfaces



Experience Requirements:

  • Must share portfolio of existing work
  • Proven experience in User Experience Design (UED) and Visual Design, with a focus on data visualization
  • Experience with Storybook and Open Source Components libraries
  • Deep understanding of how design components impact web performance
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, and other design tools a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Dovetail, and other research tools a plus
  • Formal education in User Experience Design or a related field
  • Experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing complex data visualization projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
