What You'll Be Doing
Assists with administrative tasks including but not limited to tracking financials, preparing reports, tracking time, preparing meeting notes, coordinating with EBIT and AIS teams Coordinate across workstream teams to ensure project deliverables are as per the customer specifications, requirements and timely Work with the Project Managers to ensure weekly status reports are promptly updated and ready for management review, assist with compiling the report Work with the team and extract from the weekly status reports to update the monthly status report Co-ordination of publication, review, and sign-off of major Project Management deliverables Support workstream teams in maintaining their Jira and Confluence sites up to date to support program metrics Partner with the Program Manager on managing the on-boarding activities and off-boarding activities Taking responsibility on completion of the mandatory training both for new resources as well as annual training requirements for all project personnel Assist with coordination of projects and providing updates to the Project Schedule Assist with coordinating Team building activities

Required For This Opportunity
Minimum of 2 years in project coordinator or 3+ years of relevant experience Self-directed, motivated and positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication abilities to work closely with AIS and customer stakeholder Ability to manage multiple unrelated tasks independently, with minimum supervision, while still meeting deadlines Agile Methodology Knowledge working in an agile environment Strong attention to detail, analysis, and creative problem-solving skills Easily cognizant of business interactions between project-level details and program strategy to be a proactive contributor to both Demonstrated ability to follow standard project management methodologies, as well as business transformation and project best practices Advanced experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Nice To Have Skills
Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a clearance is preferred Experience with large scale agile such as SAFe, LeSS or Scrum@Scale Facilitation of Agile Ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming) Familiarity with Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Confluence) Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies and services (SharePoint, M365, Azure) Experience working with MS Project or Gantt charts to manage project schedules
