Department OverviewEnvysion, is a Motorola Solutions company, is a leading provider of enterprise video security and business analytics solutions for the quick-service restaurant and retail industries. Envysion's cloud-based solution integrates video systems with sales data to proactively identify potentially fraudulent transactions and optimize operations without the need to monitor hours of video footage.
The Loss Prevention Audits department is responsible for identifying and reporting theft, loss and egregious operational incidents to clients that are affecting their bottomline. Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Review of customer data and video, utilizing Envysion software to identify theft, loss, and egregious operational issues

  • Document findings in an unbiased, factual manner that is clear and concise to be presented to the customer

  • Collaborate with other specialists to create client-specific reporting used to identify theft and loss

  • Meet monthly case expectations as outlined by department leadership

  • Additional projects assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

  • Experience in one or more of the following:1+ years of loss prevention experience in the restaurant/retail setting, 1+ years of cash handling experience in QSR or retail, or aw enforcement
  • Familiarity with Gmail and Google Docs (or similar word processing / spreadsheet software)

Basic Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following: restaurant/retail setting, law enforcement, or banking/accounting
