The Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) at Danfoss Power Solutions is a two-year rotational program designed to strengthen our Sales pipeline by recruiting high-potential talent and accelerating their foundational knowledge of Sales and Danfoss Power Solutions. Through this program, participants gain a broad range of on-the-job experiences that prepare them to become future leaders at Danfoss. Throughout the program, participants receive mentorship from peers, assignment leaders, and business partners to support their learning and growth within the team. The program consists of three eight-month rotations in sales operations, sales development, and account management, providing participants with hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end sales process. Participants will also collaborate with global teams, gain exposure to cross-functional roles, and establish valuable connections with leaders across Danfoss Power Solutions. The program is based in Eden Prairie, MN, and includes professional growth opportunities through industry events, site visits, in-person and virtual learning sessions, and networking opportunities with commercial leaders across the business. Participants contribute to Danfoss' sustainable transformation efforts while developing essential skills for technical sales roles. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates transition into roles such as Account Manager, Sales Development Manager, or Sales Application Engineer, positioning them for successful careers in commercial leadership.
