We are seeking a Prestress Sales Administrator for our customer, County Prestress & Precast, LLC, in Salem, IL.

Job Description

The Prestress Sales Administrator will support our Outside Sales, Project Coordination and Project Management Teams.

Job Duties:


  • Sourcing of project bid information
  • Preparation of project estimates
  • Monitor pre-production and casting schedules to ensure adherence to customer schedules
  • Creation and distribution of quotes
  • Maintenance of bid and project trackers
  • Purchasing responsibilities
  • Shop drawing review and distribution
  • Assists in all required functions of the administration team
  • Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures
  • Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist in the resolution of order processing problems by working as the liaison person between sales and our customers
  • Loading price and project data to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Creation and distribution of project submittals


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Associates Degree in an Industrial or Construction related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in a sales support or customer service role
  • Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to perform detailed work accurately
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong follow through skills are important
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management
