Participates in risk assessment and mitigation protocols to maintain and communicate enterprise information security policies and standards.
Designs and monitors operational & performance dashboards. Analyzes and proposes solutions to continuously improve the productivity and services offered by the team. Ensures compliance with IS quality assurance and security procedures and methods. Supervises infrastructure and security budgets and expenditures ensuring compliance with budgetary procedures. Leads purchasing strategy for IT hardware and services. Develops a regional reporting to monitor spending within the budgets of each entity. Responsible for local vendor management including relationships, performance and SLA definition, incident critical issue, billing review and approval, and contract negotiations. Identifies and develops key partnerships. Accountable for service level agreements with third-party contractors/vendor. | |
