Position Description:

This position will perform various regulatory compliance duties and utilizes basic subject matter knowledge to complete tasks within required deadlines which may include auditing, quality control, information tracking, and reporting. Contribute to customer loyalty and retention by adhering to and assessing established processes while making recommendations for process enhancements. This position will likely focus on general compliance review and/or anti-fraud administration related work.

Position Location:

This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.

What you do:

• Work in areas related to anti-fraud administration.
• Act as a partner to the business answering compliance related questions for internal teams.
• Assist with regulatory requirements and may lead small projects as assigned.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails.
• Evaluate processes and procedures to assure quality, efficient service, and best practices are utilized.
• Conduct regulatory research and analysis utilizing multiple systems.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.

What you bring:

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 0-2 years of related experience required. Related experience could include any combination of insurance, financial services, or compliance experience.
