Job Summary The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle fleet is in a constant state of readiness and that adequate equipment and supplies are available/on hand to ensure vehicle readiness and safety. Maintains documentation/records pertaining to vehicles and drivers, including vehicle inventory, maintenance records, costs per vehicle/mile, accidents, and driver training. Utilizing fleet tracking software, monitors and schedules preventative maintenance and repairs. Validates cost-effective purchases and sources vehicle parts, mechanic shop supplies, and all other necessary fleet needs. Manages the fleet fuel card system, including adding and removing drivers and issuing PINs. Coordinates with supply chain on all vehicle purchases and allocates resources based on need.Essential Functions
