About the Role:
Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for supporting dynamic teams? We are looking for an enthusiastic onsite Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our team! In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative support and specialized duties for our department, region, site, group, or individual executives. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and scheduling calendars, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, arranging travel, preparing expense reports, creating presentations, coordinating meetings, and assisting with budget preparation and reporting. Additionally, you will manage recordkeeping, distribute mail, and facilitate onsite and company-related community events. What You'll Do:
Possesses general knowledge of company policies and procedures to relay or interpret information, resolve problems within area, or refer to appropriate party for resolution or exception consideration Serves as a liaison between executives, managers, staff, customers and visitors Researches and abstracts complex information in preparation for meetings and special projects May draft responses to correspondence, research and compile information for special projects or prepare reports as required Job Level Specifications: Applies general knowledge of the organization, job content, practices and procedures. Has acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to be proficient in all aspects of job. Performs functions moderately complex in nature and recognizes the need to apply various methods to accomplish tasks. Work is performed independently under minimal supervision except for new assignments. Sets priorities for performing work and managing time to complete tasks. Interacts with peers and direct management. Some exchange of information with other internal departments or work groups is required to perform role. Based on nature of the role, may frequently field requests from others in the organization or externally. Impact of decisions may affect the department. Errors may result in moderate loss of time, resources and customer/user satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent; college degreepreferred. Typically 2+ years Administrative support experience in a corporate environment, providing administrative support to a department, region, site, or group Proficiency in MS Office suite: (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Strong organization skills needed with high attention to detail required, along with the ability to prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels and high degree of professionalism required. Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Salary Range Requirement Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
- Qualified candidates can expect a hourly wage beginning at $20.00 or more depending on experience
