In this position, you will be responsible for designing, architecting and building system integrations between multiple software applications, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient communication between systems. The Integration Specialist will also maintain and optimize the middleware systems used to support these integrations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance to support our rapidly growing business. The Senior Integration Specialist will be part of the Enterprise Architecture team that is focused on enabling and integrating the key enterprise technologies that drive our organization. This position will preferably be based in the Louisville, Colorado office or alternate location Salt Lake City, Utah. Key Responsibilities
- System Integration Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between software applications, ensuring compatibility, data integrity, and smooth workflows. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, including architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and configuration settings.
- Data Flow Optimization: Analyze existing integration workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization, performance improvements, and reducing system bottlenecks.
- Architectural Planning: Collaborate with Digital and Business stakeholders to architect integration solutions, considering current and future business needs, scalability, and security.
- Middleware Maintenance: Maintain, monitor, and optimize middleware platforms that facilitate communication and data exchange between integrated systems. Provide ongoing support for integration solutions, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. Offer technical guidance and problem resolution for integration-related incidents.
- Testing & Validation and Security & Compliance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrations, ensuring accuracy, performance, and adherence to business requirements. Ensure that all integrations meet relevant security standards and compliance regulations, safeguarding the organization's data assets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- College Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 years' demonstrated experience in the implementation and support of business systems software platforms.
- Proven experience in system integration, including designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between multiple software applications.
- Strong understanding of middleware platforms and technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, TIBCO, SAP CPIS).
- Proficiency in integration technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, APIs, EDI, UiPath, message queuing).
- Experience with data transformation and mapping tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong Data Analysis and Modeling experience and understanding of data structures.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance, prioritize, and manage multiple projects of differing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to comfortably communicate with all levels of the organization. Create comprehensive and accurate documentation.

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $83,500 and $100,300/Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
