Overview **$2000 Sign-on Bonus** Lakeview Center is a part of the Federal Loan Repayment Program - HRSA.gov Lakeview Center (LCI) provides comprehensive behavioral health care to adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies and intellectual disabilities. Across Northwest Florida, our services range from residential treatment to outpatient counseling, psychiatry, trauma care, treatments for substance misuse and 24/7 support for those with serious mental illnesses. The Central Receiving Facility (CRF) of Lakeview Center serves as a single-entry point for persons with mental health or co-occurring disorders from Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. The CRF is 24-hour hour continuous operations unit that serves voluntary clients as well as individuals bought to the facility under the Baker Act or Marchman Act. Services offered include but are not limited to assessment, Crisis Support/Emergency Services, Case Management, Recovery Support, medication initiation and management. Position Summary: This position is responsible for the management and the delivery of quality nursing practices to the Acute Care Services Programs including Central Receiving Facility (CRF), Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) and Addiction Receiving Facility (ARF). Responsible for establishing and managing staffing patterns and schedules for all nursing staff (Nurses, psychiatric technicians etc.) within the Acute Care Services programs. Responsible for leading and supervising assigned staff, and ensuring staff provide the highest quality treatment and support services to clients. Provides primary recommendations as to the hiring, corrective or disciplinary actions, advancement, promotion or any other change of status of nursing department employees. This is a working leader, and the position is expected to work limited nursing shifts as needed. Role Requirements:
