* Special Pay: Additional $X.XX per hour until XX/XX/XX

* Shift Differentials: Additional $X.XX per hour for X shift

* Retention Rewards: Up to $15,000

o Relocation Support: Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away

o Retention Reward (Option 1): $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000

o Student Loan Repayment (Option 2): $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000

o Note: Details will be provided during the HR interview. Policy language is available upon request.
