Description

The Finance Manager provides leadership and supervision of financial operation, budget management and analysis, and financial reporting to provide guidance to organization leaders.

This is a full-time position working M-F from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm out of our Corporate Office in Bloomington.

Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions. Essential Functions:

  • Conduct financial and project analysis
  • Prepare and present internal reports and analysis for the Board of Directors and/or physician groups.
  • Provide financial guidance and support on special projects
  • Assist in month end close processes, including account analysis, review and support for preparation of journal entries.
  • Prepare annual budget for multiple departments and companies as well as ongoing variance analysis.
  • Develop strategic financial planning and reports to support various departments in the organization.
  • Oversee new business accounting and finance activities
  • Lead and train others on continuous improvement for problem solving and process excellence
  • Develop, track and support new policies and procedures designed to improve productivity within the department.
  • Occasionally participate in community functions relating to outreach events throughout the year.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • CPA or MBA in Finance preferred
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong GAAP knowledge required
  • Experience with Excel, Access, NetSuite, and Tableau preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Self-motivated individual with ability to function independently as well as within a team

  • Demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance
  • Work in the clinic, office or surgery center during business hours
  • Travel independently throughout the clinic, office or surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required
  • Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines
  • Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
  • Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
  • Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Understand and execute a variety of instructions
  • Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Travel to other work locations, if required
