Responsibilities

We currently have a great opportunity for a Production Associate. The Production Associate position has the primary function of manufacturing reagents in conformance with established SOP's and cGMP. The main tasks include weighing, mixing, filling, packaging, and accurate recordkeeping. This position also holds the responsibility for maintaining the production area and all production equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Based on the type of product being manufactured, the Production Associate will fill cubitainers, bottles, or pouches; perform kit assembly and kit packaging; manage packaging equipment; and ensure proper labeling. All required duties are performed according to established SOP's.
  1. Thoroughly and accurately complete documentation at each production stage.
  2. Maintain accountability and traceability of non-inventory production items.
  3. Perform production operations in an efficient manner to meet production schedule and assure on time delivery to the customer.
  4. Perform rework procedures according to established SOPs when required.
  5. Maintain production plant and equipment in a clean and orderly manner on an ongoing basis.
  6. Participate in yearly inventory count.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; preferred experience in the production of medical devices; knowledge of FDA GMP and ISO requirements.
  • 0-3 Years Experience
  • English
  • Personal Computer operations
  • Effective communication skills required with supervisory and quality associates.
