Get to Know Your Team:

  • Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is a 99-bed community-owned facility offering 24-hour emergency services, cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, diagnostic imaging, withdrawal stabilization, wound care and urology.

Responsibilities

Manager of Quality: Plans, implements and manages the Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Program that is designed to enhance the quality of patient care. Identifies opportunities for improvement and educates all managers on quality improvement. Oversees the collection and submission of all data to the Federal Government.

Manager of Infection Control: Responsible for overseeing hospital-wide Infection Control Program. The Infection Control Program is responsible in identifying, investigating and recording data concerning nosocomial infections through concurrent surveillance throughout the hospital and initiates infection control measures as directed by the Infection Control Committee.

Oversees plans, monitors and manages the Employee Health Program and the positions under each department. The manager should be able at times to assist and/or complete the tasks of various positions in each department.


Qualifications

  • 2 year/ Associate Degree
  • Current Oklahoma Nursing License (Preferred)
  • 1 - 3 years related experience
