Foth is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our technology team as a Desktop Analyst . This role involves supporting our members with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usage of computers, peripheral devices, and software. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless integration of personal computing platforms with our software and asset management systems, while effectively managing the lifecycle of our fleet of personal computing devices. This position will be based out of our Green Bay office.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage Computers and Software: Install, configure, and manage computers, peripherals, and software, ensuring they meet service level expectations and security standards
  • Software Delivery: Use SCCM/Intune for software upgrades and new installations
  • Cybersecurity: Research, test, and implement changes to mitigate cybersecurity (CVE) threats
  • Hardware Assessment: Determine hardware needs and specifications in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and leadership
  • Testing Processes: Lead and refine testing for hardware and software evaluations
  • Desktop Deployment: Oversee desktop deployment and quarterly upgrade processes
  • IT Asset Management: Handle new computer purchases, reassignments, and disposals, maintaining accurate lifecycle management
  • Lifecycle Recommendations: Develop recommendations based on performance and reliability data
  • Technical Support: Work with suppliers to resolve technical issues with desktop equipment and software
  • PC Moves and Setups: Coordinate and participate in internal office moves and setups
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar; or equivalent post-high school education and experience
Minimum of 7 years' experience in:
  • Hardware/software support role and application packaging, installing software, patches, and updates on PCs
  • Configuring and deployment of Windows Operating Systems utilizing SCCM and/or Intune
  • Utilizing ticketing and asset tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with VMWare desktop operating system, Microsoft Exchange and Teams, imaging and packaging systems, and scripting languages
  • Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation, including creating graphics, diagrams, and flowcharts
