The Director of Payroll is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Payroll team, providing strategic leadership and delivery of continuous improvement tools and solution techniques related to payroll processes. The leader will oversee all payroll functions including payroll processing, payroll process and technology improvement, payroll tax reporting and filing to ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and company policies. This position serves as a functional leader for payroll with regards to people system updates, projects and timekeeping system. What you will do:
