Job Summary:

As a UX Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' needs and behaviors to improve the overall user experience on our ecommerce sites. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure our websites are user-friendly, intuitive, and engaging.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations through methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze user data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Use tools like Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, and others to gather insights.
  • Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our ecommerce experiences against industry standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to help create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure user experience considerations and findings are integrated into the product development process.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in UX research and analysis, preferably in an ecommerce environment.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in UX research methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Understanding of ecommerce best practices and trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
